Boys from 4th Class to 6th Class took part in the FAI Soccer Blitz in Tullamore. Two teams represented the school on the day, they won, drew and lost some matches and really enjoyed the day.
Credit Union Quiz
Well done to our two teams who took part in the Credit Union Quiz. Congratulations to our team from sixth class who were overall winners on the night. They will represent the school in the Chapter stage in Athlone on Sunday 28th February. Best of luck to them. After doing very well in the Chapter Finals in Athlone the U-13 team have now qualified for the RDS in April. This is a fantastic achievement.
Indoor Hurling Blitz
An indoor hurling blitz took place in Shinrone recently. Well done to the boys in fifth and sixth class who won in their category.
