On Friday 10th November 2023, we had a Mass to celebrate the start of our school year and our new extension. Fr. Tom and Fr. Anthony came for Mass and we had practised lots of songs all week. Mr. Madden and Mr. McArdle played the guitar for us and it was very good.

After Mass, we had a special celebration for the opening of our new extension. Lots of parents came and we all gathered outside the front of the school. The Chairperson of the Board of Management, Mark MacDowall cut the red ribbon and made a speech. Mrs Whelahan, the Principal also made a speech. Then, there was tea and coffee for parents in the new classroom. There was cake and food too. All the classes got sweets, crisps and drinks in our classrooms.
